 R. Clifton D’Amato
Chief Executive Officer, Matrix Financial Solution
R. Clifton D'Amato is the CEO of Matrix Financial Solutions, Inc.. Mr. D'Amato has been with Matrix since 1999. As CEO, he oversees operations and technology development. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer for MSCS Financial Services, LLC, member FINRA and SIPC, Manager on the Board of Managers of MG Trust Company, LLC, and Director of Matrix Financial Solutions, Inc. Mr. D'Amato is also on the Board of Prima Capital Holding, Inc.
With more than 30 years of diverse business experience, he has held executive-level positions with both domestic and international organizations including a major public accounting firm and commercial bank. In addition to being one of the original shareholders of Optech, an affiliate of Matrix Financial Solutions, Mr. D'Amato spent seven years at Bankers Trust in New York with senior management responsibilities in the defined contribution business as well as the corporate trust and agency group. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Prima Capital Holdings, Inc.
Mr. D'Amato is a graduate of Boston College, and holds a Series 27 license.
